Free tracked shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to, with no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Where we deliver
Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch to all of the countries above. Most kits arrive in about one or two weeks.
Kits are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre. Public holidays and customs processing can add a few days.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. The first scan can take 2–4 days to appear after the parcel leaves the warehouse; after that it updates along the way.
Discreet packaging
Plain packaging with nothing on the outside that says what is inside.
Duties and taxes
Most orders arrive with nothing further to pay. If your local customs office does charge an import fee, it is payable by the recipient; we have no way of collecting it in advance.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your kit has not arrived 25 business days after dispatch, email us. We send a replacement or refund you, your choice. This is included with every order, so there is nothing extra to buy for it.
Wrong address
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we correct it. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it, but if it comes back to us we reship it at no cost.
