The 120-Day Guarantee

The Cedrite Density System is built around one full beard growth cycle, so the guarantee runs the whole cycle: 120 days from the day your kit is delivered. Not 30, not 60.

Use your kit as directed, three sessions a week. If after the full 120 days your cheeks and connectors are where they were on day one, email us and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Every cent.

How a guarantee claim works

  1. Day 1: before your first session, take a clear photo of each cheek in daylight. It is the only honest way for you to judge later.
  2. Days 1–120: three sessions a week, serum after each one. Missing the odd night is fine. Stopping for weeks is not the protocol.
  3. Days 120–150 after delivery: email info@cedrite.com with your order number and your day-1 and day-120 photos. No forms, no phone calls.
  4. Within 5 business days we confirm and issue the refund. Your bank usually shows it 3–10 business days later.

The fine print, in plain words

  • Nothing to send back. Keep the kit.
  • The guarantee covers your first Cedrite order, whatever supply size you chose. One claim per customer and household.
  • Claims are accepted between day 120 and day 150 after delivery. Earlier than that, the cycle is not finished; later than that, we cannot fairly judge it.
  • We ask for the two photos so that you can see the difference, not to argue with you about it. If you ran the protocol and your beard has not changed, you get your money back.

Changed your mind?

An unopened kit can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email us first and we will send you the return instructions. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we send a replacement or refund you. Nothing to send back.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After that your order may already be on its way, and the policies above apply.

UK and EU customers: statutory right to cancel

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons this right lapses once the applicator’s seal is broken; from then on the 120-Day Guarantee above covers you, which is considerably longer.
